Mini Mule Phoebe was 13 when she arrived at the Refuge in 2023 & joined our Mule Herd. Phoebe had 2 homes previously that we know of, one with a variety of equines including horses, a large mule & a mini donkey; and another in Alberta. Here at the Refuge, Phoebe has shown great improvement in her socializing and has made a wonderful best friend in Carlos, another mule here at the Refuge. She was very shy around people at first, but she has since become more adventurous & sometimes comes up to meet you.
